I want to take a moment before I make my announcement and thank each and every one of our finalists. Every year this decision seems to get harder and harder because of all of your immense talent. And I am truly honored to have had such a difficult decision to make. This may sound like a cliche, but I really do wish I could have all of you on my team. Unfortunately, even difficult choices must be made.
