Make Your Own Birthday Gift Bag
Welcome to the May Arts blog! We’re joining the design team from Vintage Street Market to bring you a week of creative vintage look inspired projects.
We’ve all had those last minute birthday parties to attend where all we have time to do is rip off the tag, throw the gift into a bag and head out the door . Keeping a stash of May Arts Ribbon and fun Vintage Street Market papers and tags can help you turn these plain Kraft bags…
into designer gift bags in no time! I used Vintage Street Market’s Party Time Paper and Tags to turn blah brown in to a fun gift wrap that boys or girls will love! I paired it with fun May Arts Mini Pom Pom Ribbons to add texture and fun.
Here’s your supply list:
- May Arts Ribbon 424-18-14 – 1/8” Solid Diagonal Stripes
- Helmar Zap Dots
- Helmar 450 Quick Dry Adhesive
- Helmar Zap Dots
You’ll find enough product in the Vintage Street Market Party Games pack to wrap and create dozens of projects.
I mounted the birthday target to the bag with Helmar Zap dots so that the spinner could be turned to the child’s age. The fun frog is carrying a banner that can be personalized with the child’s name in no time!
Thanks for joining us for a fun week with May Arts Ribbon and Vintage Street Market. Be sure to check both design teams blogs daily for more inspiration!
