DIY Chenille Trim Baby Blanket
It’s been full blown baby season around here lately, and I’ve been coming up with a few fun gifts to share with my friends. When I got my hands on the May Arts Chenille trim and felt just how soft it is I knew it would be perfectly snuggly for a baby!
I made a very simple large receiving blanket and trimmed it with the 3/8” green single dot chenille. This ribbon comes in 10 colors, so you’re likely to find the perfect color to match the baby’s gender and scheme.
The May Arts Chenille trim also comes in 1.5” so if you’re making a larger blanket we’ve got you covered too!
Sewing the trim on is super easy. Just place over the seam and stitch directly trough the center of the dots, using a coordinating color of thread.
