DIY Card Embellishment With Burlap
Adding a custom made textured embellishment to projects is easy to do when you have the right products. Lalo here and today I’m showing you an easy way to make a textured embellishment.
It all starts with deciding on awesome textured ribbon. For this card I wanted a country feel so I went with May Arts’ Burlap ribbon in 2.5 inches.
You’re first going to want to die-cut your image. Then using two way tape, secure the ribbon to the back of the die-cut. Remember that when you adhere the completed embellishment to your card there will be a little lift. To avoid ugly bulging, use foam tape to adhere it to the card.
