DIY Flower Stamen
Hi everyone! DeeDee here today to share with you a super fun way to use some of the amazing Paper Cording from May Arts Ribbons. I’m always searching around for pretty and funky flower stamen for centers of flowers. I tend to make my own flowers because it offers lots of variety and I can make them match whatever I’m working on. Unfortunately, flower stamen are not easy to come by.
Insert May Arts Ribbons >>> Paper Cording! It comes in a variety of colors and does some wicked cool things. Check out this video to see how I’ve used it to make my own stamen:
And here is the tag after I had those beautiful flowers created and adhered down. I added a sentiment and a little bit of doodling, some leaves and a big ribbon embellishment at the top.
I’m ringing in spring with a fun inspiring tag that encourages all of us to branch out and grow. Maybe even to make your own stamen! See you next time guys!
