DIY Halloween Treat Bag
Welcome back to the May Arts blog and May Arts/Stampendous Blog Week! We’re so excited to be partnering with the fabulous Stampendous Design Team to bring you a week of creative crafty fun.
It’s almost time for the little ghosts and goblins to go begging for sweet treats. I’ve crafted a sturdy bag that’s not only perfect for trick or treating but also great for “Thrifty Gifting” a special teacher or neighbor with a surprise Halloween treat.
I had so much fun coloring and cutting this Stampendous Cling Picket Pumpkins image (CRR151).
I embossed and “fussy cut” the pumpkins and cat then used foam tape to pop them off the surface for a 3D look.
I used the fun Stampendous Trick or Treat Fragments on the top of the bag. Just spray the top portion of the bag with spray adhesive then sprinkle on the fragments for fun color and texture.
As cute as this bag is, I love how May Arts Pom Pom Edged Wired Ribbon (XA38) elevates it to a whole new level of awesome!
A tiny tag tied on with May Arts Burlap String (SM08) completes the Halloween fun.
