1. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange unused or defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

  • All returns must include the original invoice or order confirmation.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective).

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs.

  • If you request an exchange for an item of similar value, we will ship it via USPS Ground Advantage at no additional cost. If you prefer expedited shipping, you may pay the difference.

  • Final Sale: Cut-to-length ribbon, clearance items, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Damages or defects must be reported within 60 days of receipt. After 60 days, we may decline replacements or refunds.


2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to U.S. addresses, Puerto Rico, and international destinations.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.

  • Express shipping (2-Day, 3-Day, Next Day) requests must be placed by 1:00 PM ET to qualify for same-day dispatch.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, customs, or unforeseen events.

  • Once the carrier accepts your package, May Arts Ribbon is no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit.

U.S. Shipping Options

  • For orders under $250, domestic shipping defaults to USPS Ground Advantage unless you choose otherwise.

  • For larger orders, you may select from USPS, UPS, or FedEx services at checkout.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, subject to customs processing.

  • You are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. If packages are refused or destroyed due to nonpayment of those charges, we may only refund the product cost—not shipping fees.


3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • If you cancel an order before it ships, we’ll issue a full refund (including shipping).

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET are not eligible for same-day shipping — you may cancel within the same business day before 3:00 PM ET only if your order hasn’t shipped.


4. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return authorization.

  3. Ship the item back securely, with the original packaging and invoice.

  4. Once we receive and inspect, you will receive a refund or replacement.
