Hello everyone and welcome to the best darn Ribbon blog in the universe!!! What can I say, I’m rather partial to May Arts and the amazing selection of ribbons and trims they have.
Erika Taylor here today, and I’m excited to share with you my March Inspiration challenge project with you. The ribbons in this months pack are truly stunning and the colors are just perfect for a Winter blues pick-me-up. For my project today, I decided to create a canvas using the burlap ribbon in a basket weave design for the backdrop.
Lastly, I cut off the leaves from the jumbo leaves and used the leaf part as well as the center part of this versatile ribbon to create the stems of the flowers. The final project definitely has me thinking of warmer weather and I hope it brings a smile to your day and gives you a little inspiration as well.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. Make sure you try out the March challenge and have some fun with this amazing assortment of colors and textures from May Arts’ New Releases.
