DIY Altered Dollar Store Picture Frame

Hey fabulous May Arts fans, Virginia here today. Last month I had the pleasure of representing May Arts at a Crop and Create event. I did a few ribbony make and takes and handed out some CHA new releases to attendees (there was lots of smiles).

My table at the event needed a little May Arts flair so I created this pretty sign to remind everyone where the amazing ribbon stash was from.

The ladies loved the sign so much that I think I should have been demoing how to make the ribbon flowers!

All the beautiful ribbons can really make a dollar store frame shine!

Crop and Create is put on by Scrapbook and Cards Today magazine. The weekend retreats take place all over Canada.  These events are an exceptionally good time, have a superstar list of instructors to learn from, and did I mention the sponsors are FAB-ulous? You’re sure to go home with some of the hottest supplies out there!

Here I am with Scrapbook and Cards Today owner Catherine and SCT instructors Vicki Boutin, Nicole Harper (Studio Calico), Beth Kingston (Xyron), Angie Bloom (Unity Stamp).  What an amazing time, so glad I could represent May Arts.
