How To Make A Soap Bottle Apron
I will admit, I am not a big fan of having to clean my house (because after all, I could be having so much more fun in my studio). But, I’ve seen some really cute “mini aprons” made to dress up liquid soap in your kitchen, and thought it would be a fun project to make with my May Arts Ribbon.
I traced my pattern onto my fabric and cut it out.
I used ½” wrinkled ribbon like a seam binding around the edges of the apron – but decided to do this in a no-sew method. I ran the length of the ribbon through the Xyron 1.5” Sticker Maker, and used the strong adhesive to hold the ribbon, just like I had stitched it.
I decorated the apron with the ruched ruffle ribbon, cut in half, and a sheer rose.
