DIY Mixed Media Album

Hi everyone I want to share my Basically Bare project.  They have so many awesome chipboard pieces and minis to work with.  I had so much fun making this mixed media album mini album.  It comes with: chipboard, acrylic, and canvas pages.  I decorated it with May Arts ribbon and trim and Kaisercraft patterned paper.

This first page is acrylic I fussy cut the paper and added some Kaisercraft rubons and May Arts silk ribbon

This page has the Basically Bare chipboard & acrylic stars.  I used Adirondack paint daubers in gold and used a paint pen to outline the edges.  Added a tiny brad button to the center and diecut sentiment.

This page I tore some of the cardboard off to reveal the corrugated paper.  I used Tim Holtz crackle paint, the felt cloud from Basically Bare and May Arts trim.

This is another acrylic page what I did was I glued the May Arts trim together to form one huge piece of trim.  Loved this I think I will do this and make an entire page.

This canvas page I used a Crafters Workshop screen and misted the page – added another BB felt cloud and made a sentiment for it.

This page I used more TH crackle paint and then covered the sun with May Arts mesh trim to it. It is a little hard to see but this looks really cool.

This is how it looks standing up.  I hope you guys enjoyed this mini as much as I enjoyed making it and working with Basically Bare and May Arts ribbon and trim.  Check out my blog for more pictures.

I love you mini.  Didn't realize there wre all those chipboard shapes too.  I especially love how you did the sun with the sentiment about friendship.  Very creative, very nice!
