DIY Patriotic Mini Album
Hello to my fellow ribbon addicts! I hope you like what I have in store for you today…I haven’t done scrapbooking in ages, so this was a lot of fun. I’d forgotten how much I love juicy texture – I mostly make cards, so having all this much dimension and tactile intrigue is really enjoyable.
After finishing the video, I realized I didn’t answer some questions I’m sure will arise: yes, my dog is wearing a uniform! A soldier’s wife made it just for her in honor of the event. And the reason for Ciara receiving the honorary enlistment is that I send a different photo of her in every care package I mail overseas, so those who receive them feel like they’re getting to “know” her. A soldier from Minnesota put her in for the honor, and the ceremony took place at Fort Lewis, Washington. If you have other questions, please leave them in comments and I’ll answer for you.
Also, if you want to know how I did any element in this book, leave a comment about that and I’ll try to include it in a tutorial over the next few months for you if a text response doesn’t cover it.
So now for your comment question: do YOU scrapbook your animals? Am I alone in this?
