Distinctive veining and an unfinished edge combine for a perfect boho ribbon. This 1 inch(25MM) hazy polka dot ribbon has a veined and wrinkled soft finish. As a sheer voile fabric it’s a more sophisticated sheer than a muslin ribbon if you are in need of a sheer with flair.

This ribbon can combine beautifully with our double faced satin, silk, or other sheers. The foil polka dots are dispersed evenly across the length of this ribbon. Unlike our defined foil polka dot ribbon, this ribbon employs a blend screen print technique to give the edges of the polka dots a gradient like effect.

The 1 inch wide ribbon is great for small gift wrap, tied around candles or gift baskets, or on scrapbooking projects. This would even make a beautiful boho chic hair wrap. The grey polka dot ribbon and black hazy dot ribbon choices are great neutral colors that can work year round, and be mixed with lighter colors for a more chic feminine vibe, or bright colors for a fun party vibe.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange unused or defective merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

  • All returns must include the original invoice or order confirmation.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective).

  • Once your return is received and inspected, store credits or refunds will be issued, minus original shipping costs.

  • If you request an exchange for an item of similar value, we will ship it via USPS Ground Advantage at no additional cost. If you prefer expedited shipping, you may pay the difference.

  • Final Sale: Cut-to-length ribbon, clearance items, and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Damages or defects must be reported within 60 days of receipt. After 60 days, we may decline replacements or refunds.


2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to U.S. addresses, Puerto Rico, and international destinations.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.

  • Express shipping (2-Day, 3-Day, Next Day) requests must be placed by 1:00 PM ET to qualify for same-day dispatch.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, customs, or unforeseen events.

  • Once the carrier accepts your package, May Arts Ribbon is no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit.

U.S. Shipping Options

  • For orders under $250, domestic shipping defaults to USPS Ground Advantage unless you choose otherwise.

  • For larger orders, you may select from USPS, UPS, or FedEx services at checkout.

International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, subject to customs processing.

  • You are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. If packages are refused or destroyed due to nonpayment of those charges, we may only refund the product cost—not shipping fees.


3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Wholesale returns are for store credit only.

  • Consumer returns qualify for refunds. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • If you cancel an order before it ships, we’ll issue a full refund (including shipping).

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET are not eligible for same-day shipping — you may cancel within the same business day before 3:00 PM ET only if your order hasn’t shipped.


4. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return authorization.

  3. Ship the item back securely, with the original packaging and invoice.

  4. Once we receive and inspect, you will receive an email with notification of your store credit, refund, or exchange.
