Spring Cards {winner & a giveaway}
I had the luck of getting to play with Creative Imaginations Ragamuffin line by Iron Orchid Designs! SO FUN!
For my first card, I used a sheet from the Ragamuffin Paper Pad:
I’ve used a tag from the die-cut shapes pack as well. I thought the 3/8” sheer dot was the perfect ribbon to tie it on to the pretty polka dotted paper! I stamped ‘spring’ onto the die-cut & heat embossed ‘Welcome’ onto the main panel. I added some pearls to the gorgeous frayed flower’s center.
I used another sheet with Raggedy Anne & Andy from the Paper Pad– it is adorable paper!!
I added a ¼” silk embroidered ‘lazy daisy’, also with a pearl center! Raggedy Anne is holding its satin leaf stem!
I wanted to show you that I pierced holes in the paper before starting my embroidery. If you haven’t ever tried this stitch, it’s pretty simple & there are lots of tutorials if you search ‘lazy daisy embroidery stitch’. 🙂
Thank you so much to Creative Imaginations for such a fun swap! I’m in love with the Ragamuffin line & can’t wait to use it more! And thank you for your time! I hope you’ve been inspired!
