Hello! Mary here, with a Christmas Countdown Chalkboard perfect for keeping track of those last few days before Christmas.
I don’t know about you, but I can’t tie a burlap bow to save my life—BUT I sure can glue one up good enough to make you think I’m a pro! I absolutely love this bow created with my favorite Burlap/Wired ribbon.
This simple holly embellishment was so easy to do and adds a fun touch to my board.Â
The Metallic Star Banner ribbon?? Perfect for every occasion, in my opinion.
So, you wanna see how it all came together?? Check out this video I’ve created for all the details.
OK, guys—that’s it for this one. I absolutely LOVE this project!! It’s simple, and perfect for helping those kiddos, or just the ‘kids-at-heart’, count down the days ’til Christmas.

FUN & FABULOUS Christmas Countdown Mary!!!
LOVE the burlap & sparkle against the chalkboard!!!
Wow! Love the burlap and jute twine mixed with the sparkles and shine on the board embellies. That contrast always seems to work so well.
I didn’t dig our countdown chalkboard out this year but maybe I will have to get it out yet and give it a spruce up.
Thanks for sharing your fun idea! 🙂
Oh that is cute. And I happen to have a chalkboard laying around. Wonderful idea.
