How To: Use Your Scraps

Hey there blog readers! Latrice here with lots to share with you. This week is our blog week with Lawn Fawn and I can’t say enough good things about them. They are a hard working company who gives us some really fun images to play with. They have recently added paper to their line and oh my!

I have a layout, two cards and a video tutorial to share with you today. First up my layout! I loved the colors in the Bright Side collection that I had to use them on a page all about my daughter. Here is the layout with detailed images. If you have any questions about something done on this page feel free to leave me a comment below or email me at uniquelg@msn.com.

Next up I have a video tutorial to share.

Here are some detailed shots of that picture along with a bonus card for you!

Bonus!

The bonus card was created using the cardstock cutout sheet from the Bright Side collection pack. I simply added some ribbon, letter stickers and some stitching. That easy.

Thanks so much for stopping by today. Don’t forget to leave comments here and all the other posts to be entered for prizes. You can also visit me at my blog Any Occasion and follow me.

I almost cried reading what you wrote to your daughter, what a precious relationship!  I love the way you used color in all three projects and I especially enjoyed the tips for using scraps -what paper crafter wouldn't?!

Even though I'm not a scrapbooker, I enjoy your LOs.  You have the perfect subjects in your "cute as the dickens" kids.  I have lots of scraps and really enjoy seeing how easily you put a great card together with what you have left over.  I need to take the hint and get rid of some of mine.
