How To: Making Halloween Cards
I love fall, especially when Halloween gets near. I can’t get enough rich autumn color, crisp air, and pumpkin pie! Today I wanted to share a few cards I put together with October in mind. A touch of May Arts Ribbon gives each card a unique fall feel.
The natural and ivory burlap gives this Witch’s Brew Card an old-time feel.
I created this chalkboard card by inking a negative cutout of the words with VersaMark and embossing powder. I then added a burlap cord noose knot for a little spook.
This farm girl knows that this is wheat not hay, but hey, it’s too punny not to smile! This rustic paper matches perfectly with the brown wrinkled ribbon, and burlap string.
I hope you can put some of my spooktacular ideas to use, Happy Haunting!
